Ticket Information
- $10 admission fee for 1-day pass.
- $18 admission fee for 2-day pass.
- Children, age 10 and under, are free.
- Seniors Age *65* & older with valid ID, are free.
- GENERAL INFORMATION: Entrance is subject to the policies and restrictions posted at each entrance to the grounds. The facility reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating any law or policy, Hmong Wausau Festival reserves the right to after policies and restrictions at any time with or without notice.
- CONSENT: Persons entering the facility hereby consent to have their name, image and/or likeness, writings biographical information or recordings of their voice captured or reproduced in any medium, forever and throughout the world, for any purpose by HWF or its affiliates, respective licensees and assigns, partners or the media.
- PLAN YOUR DAY: When preparing to visit HWF, make sure to read the list of items that are prohibited at the festival. This list is posted at all entrances to the festival. Any items not allowed at Hmong Wausau Festival will be confiscated by Security upon entry and will not be returned or held at the gate. Hmong Wausau Festival reserves the right to modify this list at any time.

Hmong Wausau Festival will take place over 2 days, starting on Saturday, July 27th to Sunday, July 28th.
No mask requirement and no plans to require proof of vaccination or proof of a negative test. The Hmong Wausau Festival will monitor the situation and continue to work closely with health experts, while following local guidelines.
All tickets are purchased at the admission booths and there are no early purchase of tickets.
Hmong Wausau Festival strongly urges all patrons to avoid purchasing tickets from unauthorized sources. Counterfeit tickets and tickets purchased from unauthorized sources will not be honored.
Wristbands are allowed to leave and re-enter the festival through security screening, the same day, at all gate areas from 7 am until close.
All visitors and staffs will enter the festival through metal detection and should be prepared to comply with other security screening requirements.
All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the Hmong Wausau Festival grounds. Security will not be responsible for any items that are confiscated.
Please leave any unnecessary articles secured within your vehicle or at home to expedite your entry into the festival. Hmong Wausau Festival is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of vehicle including articles left within.
Prohibited Carry-in Items:
- Outside food and beverages
- Cans or glass bottles
- Aerosol cans
- Alcohol
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Firearms
- Knives
- Weapons or objects that could be used as weapons
- Fireworks
- Drones (only authorized media reps)
- Pets (except service animals)
- Banners or flags on poles
- Laser pointers
- Skateboards or skates
The Hmong Wausau Festival reserves the right to alter carry-in item policies at any time.
The Hmong Wausau Festival is a cash only festival. No credit cards will be accepted at the Admission Booths.
ATMs are available inside the festival ground.
Only service animals are allowed in the festival.
The animal must wear a harness or leash and a special cape denoting that the animal is in training and not merely a pet.
Please note that Hmong Wausau Festival reserves the right to remove both animal and patron if the animal jeopardizes the safety of other festival patrons or staff or disrupts public peace of the festival.
Smoking/Vaping is prohibited on park property.
No smoking/vaping signs will be posted around the perimeter.
Individuals may smoke on Kent Street and Curling Way Rd.
